UNDP and EU Representatives: For project monitoring, evaluation, and auditing purposes (for a period of up to 3 years after project completion).

Academic Partners: Our partner in Austria, Prof. Karl Stocker, for local workshop coordination in Graz.

Service Providers: Licensed AI tool providers and digital platform hosts necessary for project implementation.

Personal data collected from users in the European Union (Austria) will be processed in Georgia. We ensure that such transfers comply with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and align with European data protection principles to ensure an adequate level of security.

8. Data Retention

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the project's goals. Financial and programmatic records, which may include participant lists, are kept for 3 years following the expiration of the agreement with UNDP for audit purposes.
