These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and participation in the educational program "The Art of Using AI," operated by Leavingstone Lab LLC (dba GeoLab). By registering for workshops, accessing the video course, or using any materials provided, you agree to comply with these terms.

Target Audience: The program is designed for professionals, educators, designers, entrepreneurs, and SMEs interested in human-machine collaboration.
Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. By registering, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

7 interactive online workshops.
4 intensive hybrid workshops in Graz, Austria.
An open-access English-language video course.
Access to proprietary AI methodologies and licensed tools.
Ownership: Unless otherwise specified, all products, processes, ideas, and materials developed under this program constitute works made for hire for UNDP. UNDP is entitled to all intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
Pre-existing IP: Pre-existing methodologies, including the book "The Art of Using AI" (Authors: Sandro Asatiani and Karl Stocker), remain the property of their respective owners.
User License: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use program materials for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or the creation of derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to:
Use the site or materials for any unlawful purpose.
Upload viruses or any software that may damage the operation of another's computer.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of GeoLab, UNDP, the EU, or any third party.
Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of the site.
"As Is" Basis: All materials and services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy: While we strive for excellence, GeoLab and its partners (UNDP/EU) do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of information provided by lecturers or in materials.
Limitation: Under no circumstances shall GeoLab, UNDP, or the EU be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the program.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is aligned with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and European data protection standards (GDPR).
GeoLab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to the program or website to any user who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia and general principles of international law. Any dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be settled amicably or, failing that, through arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
