Program Lead : Prof. Karl Stocker
Lecturers : Sandro Asatiani, Lana Labadze, Sandro Dolidze
Artificial Intelligence has evolved beyond simple search queries and conversational chatbots into a strategic workflow architect and creative collaborator. Designed for professionals and business teams across diverse fields, this 5-hour hands-on intensive workshop empowers non-technical participants to move beyond basic prompting. Participants will learn how to build AI assistants trained on organizational knowledge bases, automate repetitive operational routines, and rapidly build functional mini-apps and process automations through "vibe coding" without writing traditional software code. Enterprise data security and EU AI Act alignment will be explicitly reviewed during the workshop, ensuring all custom-built assistants, prompt workflows, and tools strictly comply with EU GDPR requirements and corporate data confidentiality standards. Learning Outcomes: · Deploy Custom AI Assistants: Build and configure role-specific AI co-pilots integrated with personal, academic, or company-specific documents, research, and guidelines. · Automate Operational Workflows: Structure multi-step prompt chains to streamline proposal writing, executive reporting, meeting synthesis, research, and communications. · Master "Vibe Coding" & Process Automation: Build functional mini-apps and automated operational scripts using natural language AI coding tools (such as Google Antigravity, GitHub, etc.) without prior programming experience. Prerequisites: · Hardware: A Wi-Fi-enabled laptop (and charger). · Google account. · Technical Background: No prior programming experience or coding knowledge is required. Basic familiarity with web browsers is sufficient.
