How to create Personal AI Assistant

Online via Google Meet 2 Hours September 17, 2026 10:30 AM (CEST)
Lecturer : Prof. Sandro Asatiani
Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence is becoming an integral part of our daily lives. However, most users treat it merely as a "question-and-answer machine," which represents only a small fraction of its true capabilities. This training is designed for those who want to move beyond simple search queries and discover AI as a versatile creative partner. Our goal is for every participant to learn how to manage technology effectively and create their own personal digital helper that can do much more than just provide answers. In the first part, we explore why AI is not just a source of information; its true power lies in analysis, the creative process, and problem-solving. The second part is dedicated to understanding differences between platforms—some work better with data, while others are more creative. We pay special attention to Google Gemini because of its unique ability to connect with various digital services. The final stage is "training" your own assistant using Google Gemini Gems to build a digital tool specifically tailored to your needs. Your personal assistant will know your preferences, your work style, and the specific tasks where you need help. Learning Objectives: Break stereotypes that view AI only as a search engine. Identify which platform best suits personal or professional goals. Build and practice with a personal Gem to define roles, tasks, and communication styles. Topics Covered: AI principles through the "talented student" analogy, platform comparison, and creating customized assistants. Tools: Google Gemini, Google Gemini Gems, ChatGPT.
