Workshop 05

AI in Management

Online via Google Meet 2 Hours September 18, 2026 10:30 AM (CEST)
Lecturer : Guram Keretchashvili
A hands-on online workshop that helps managers move beyond basic chatbot prompting and directly tackle common management challenges such as information overload, meeting fatigue, writing bottlenecks, and slow decision-making. Participants learn how to use the right AI tools for each task and apply practical techniques that streamline daily work. By the end of the session, every participant leaves with ready-to-use AI workflows they can immediately apply in their role. Learning Objectives: Use the right AI tool for each management job: writing, meetings, research, data, and recurring workflows. Turn meetings into action items, rough notes into polished documents, and raw data into executive summaries. Build reusable AI workflows using Claude Projects, Artifacts, Skills & Connectors, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, and Gemini Gems. Apply safe AI practices: verify outputs, protect confidential data, and maintain human judgment on all decisions. Topics Covered: Using the right AI product for the right management job beyond just prompting. Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Copilot 365.
